The RFIDGS team includes leaders who were part of some of the largest RFID initiatives to date, including the world's largest RFID network for the Department of Defense and the move to RFID at the world's largest retailers.

Bryan Nelson | CEO
As CEO of RFID Global Solution, Bryan brings a strong sense of direction and leadership to the organization, effectively balancing the deep technical knowledge and expertise of the RFIDGS team with a solid business foundation. This balance takes an already strong, market focused, and proven solution provider into a solidly run business partner. Bryan has a proven track record for growing businesses into large revenue-generating industry leaders. Having spent over two decades internationally for Microsoft, from the late 80’s through the 90’s, managing Europe, Asia and the Middle East, Bryan was involved in all aspects of the business. During this timeframe he significantly grew revenues and drove market share substantially higher, while building the highest rated Global Customer Support Center...all this in only 3 years. Bryan built on his success by going on to startup WaveTrend, an active RFID company. As CEO and Chairman, Bryan built the company into one of the RFID industry’s most dominant active hardware providers to date, establishing hundreds of clients and installations around the world over 5 years. As head of the RFID Global Solution team his vision is to deliver “turn-key” solutions that meet the market needs, while driving value. RFIDGS was built and remains focused on a solution-driven mindset, maintaining a customer-centric organization that delivers 100% results and a measurable ROI to benefit our clients. Joe Leone |President and CTO
Joe has extensive knowledge of active and passive RFID technology and more than two decades' experience designing and implementing RFID solutions for DoD and Fortune 1000 companies, including the world's largest retailers. He also deployed RFID solutions for Delta Airlines as well as commercial seaports in Europe and the U.S. and designed a prototype system to prove that conveyor sorting was possible using RFID. Joe is credited with implementing some of the earliest and most reliable RFID Systems.
David Eagleson | Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing
Dave has over 20 years of sales experience with enterprise software and RFID based solutions. He has been in the role of senior account manager for over three years at one of the leading RFID firms. He was responsible for securing over $11M in sales and credited with closing the largest passive RFID solution in retail to date. For the last year he has been in the role of Sr. Director of Business Development focused specifically on the passive RFID market. Dave has a history in both sales management and channel development, with a focus on solution based systems.
Eric Albers | Vice President, Engineering
Eric has designed and implemented RFID solutions for Abercrombie and Fitch, Prada, and Tibet & Brittan. He has developed prototypes that RFID enable forklifts and reach-trucks. Prior to joining RFID Global Solution, Eric served as Lead consultant and software developer for RFID integration services at Icon-Nicholson.
John Kuester | Vice President, Services & Support
John has over two decades of experience designing and managing worldwide service operations across a broad range of network technology platforms, including RFID for the Department of Defense and leading technology companies, such as SAVI Technology, Telephia, and E/O Networks.
Terry Alderson | Vice President, Professional Services
Terry's combination of 16 years experience at Boeing Corp and 7 years of RFID expertise make him a true "Expert" in deploying RFID in the Aerospace industry. Terry spent 4 years evaluation and deploying RFID, RTLS and GPS systems for Boeing. As Director of Sales Engineering for Matrics Terry was the technical director and project manager for one of the largest retailer RFID pilots in Dallas, TX. He also planned and deployed RFID solutions for over 20 of the Top 100 suppliers to the World’s Largest Retailer, directed and designed prototype airline Conveyor and ULD RFID data capture systems for the Department of Homeland Security and has received numerous awards for project management, technical competency and project execution. .
